Please complete the information below in order to save time on the first day of camp. We have some forms that we need completed before your student joins us for camp- now you can do it online before the first day of camp. The only item we will need you to complete in person is a Student Info Card which will only take 3-5 minutes to complete.
MAKE SURE YOU SIGN THE WAIVER THAT IS ON THE CONFIRMATION PAGE AFTER REGISTRATION.

I understand that any fees paid are non-refundable after the first rehearsal/day of camp. Prior to the first rehearsal, a withdraw form must be completed and emailed to the office PRIOR to the first day if requesting a partial refund. (Refund would be 1/2 of the registration fee minus a 10% admin fee,) Once registration is confirmed, my place is held and fees cannot be refunded unless I purchase the protection offered below.

We use an app to communicate with parents. I have read the following and understand my responsibilities1. Campers must be signed in/out daily. When picking up, parents, authorized pick up persons MUST SHOW A VALID ID to sign out a student.2. ITEMS TO TURN IN ON THE FIRST DAY- Student Info Contact Card!3. Students signed up for Extended Day and Standard Day need to bring a lunch daily. (Snacks & bottled water also suggested)4. CELL PHONES- Students must check in cell phones on arrival. Students may only use cell phones during Lunch. Students may not film any other student and post any pics/videos from camp on social media. Students are welcome to take pictures/videos once in their parent's care. No use of cell phones is allowed backstage by students AND parents. Students will pick up cell phones at the end of the day before dismissal.5. NO GUM, SODA, FLIP FLOPS/SANDALS, 6. Students need to bring 3 ring binder and pencil daily. Students will not be able to take scripts home until binder is brought in.
