Please complete the information below.  We have some online forms and waivers that we need completed before your student joins us for our next production.  As we get closer to the start of the production, we will email you a link to complete the forms and waivers online.

For Volunteer Deposits- If you would prefer to use a Credit Card for your Volunteer Deposit, complete the form below.  We will not run your credit card unless you do not complete/sign up for the required hours by March 10, 2020.

We are expecting a high enrollment for Frozen, the musical.  If we meet a maximum of students, we want to split the cast into a CAST A and CAST B that would each perform four shows each.  If this is the case, we are asking for parents to select which cast they would prefer to join.  There would be different rehearsal times for each.  Rehearsals for Cast A would be on Tuesdays and Fridays, 4:30-7pm and rehearsals for Cast B would be onTuesdays and Fridays, 6pm-8:30pm.  We are asking parents to select their preference in case this happens.  This would not apply until the second week of rehearsals.

  • Selecting this cast means your student would attend rehearsals on Tuesdays and Fridays from 4:30-7pm.

  • Selecting this cast means your student would attend rehearsals on Tuesdays and Fridays from 6pm-8:30pm.

FLEXIBLE CASTING- By checking this box we are stating that we are flexible and would be willing to join either cast depending on the best casting option for my student.

  • This option pays for the program in full.

  • The total for the program is $425. The registration fee covers the tuition of the program. The materials fees cover costumes, sets, props, and venue rental. By selecting this option, the registration fee is paid today and the $225 materials fee is due on the first day of rehearsal, November 8, 2019.

  • Fee is split into 3 payments of $150. First payment is due upon registering. Second payment would be due on the first day of rehearsal in November. Final payment would be due before December 17, 2019.

Parents are required to complete 10 hours of volunteer time during the course of this production. We will text/email you the link to Sign Up where you will able to sign up for volunteer jobs online. Jobs range from working concessions during shows, helping paint sets, costume sewing, etc.

You will need to provide a postdated check for $150 or a credit authorization form. For families with more than one student the fee is $225 or 15 volunteer hours.

If you do not fulfill your volunteer requirements, we will process your check a week before performances.

PARENTS MUST SIGN UP FOR VOLUNTEERING ON VOLUNTEER SPOT. YOU MUST BE SIGNED UP FOR THE JOB YOU SELECTED ON SIGN UP IN ORDER TO GET CREDIT. You will not receive credit for any volunteer work not signed up for online.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SIGNING IN AND OUT THE DAY YOU VOLUNTEER WITH STARBOUND STAFF. If you are not signed in, you will not receive credit.

NOTE: No children are allowed during volunteer hours unless prior arrangements are made with Starbound Staff.

Families with more than one student must complete 15 hours. 15 hours is the max for families with more than one student in the program. Volunteer Deposit is $225.

  • I am choosing to opt out instead of fulfilling the volunteer requirement. I understand I must submit a payment for the required amount of $150

  • I understand I am required to volunteer. I will turn in a postdated check or credit authorization form which will be processed if I do not complete my hours. I will sign up via Sign Up and fulfill my obligation. I understand if I cancel any job during tech week, it is my responsibility to find a parent to take my place.

Participation in Fundraisers are OPTIONAL. The cost of producing theatre is expensive. We supplement the fees each production by holding a fundraiser. We’re asking each family to participate in the fundraiser and help the production become the best experience possible for our students. Families that participate fully in the fundraiser get half their volunteer hours waived and other special discounts/prizes.

When Families participate in the fundraiser, the following rewards are given depending on level and some rewards are EXCLUSIVE to those who participated including Advanced access to purchase tickets, a souvenir picture on stage with your student in costume, and more.

We use two apps to communicate with parents. You do NOT need to sign up for BOTH. But choose ONE so that you can receive all updates.

We use the REMIND app to text updates. However, texting back is disabled. SO you will need to email us with questions.

We use Telegram to also send updates, but you can also ask questions, respond to messages, etc.

I have read the following and understand my responsibilities

1. ITEMS TO TURN IN ON THE FIRST DAY-

Make sure you complete the online waiver and forms that will be emailed to you prior to the start of rehearsals.

2. Students should bring snacks & bottled water to every rehearsal.

3. CELL PHONES- Students must check in cell phones on arrival. Students may only use cell phones during break. Students may not film any other student and post any pics/videos on social media. Students are welcome to take pictures/videos once in their parent's care. No use of cell phones is allowed backstage by students AND parents. Students will pick up cell phones at the end of the day before dismissal.

4. NO GUM, SODA, FLIP FLOPS/SANDALS,

5. Students need to bring 3 ring binder and pencil daily. Students will not be able to take scripts home until binder is brought in.
