IMPORTANT REHEARSAL INFO
Frozen Jr rehearses on Wednesdays, 6:30pm-7:45pm
Fridays, 7pm-8:30pm (Main Roles Scene Rehearsals)
AND Saturdays, 1pm-3pm.
Students can still enroll through November 18, 2021 but will be cast as ensemble with a possible understudy assignment.

This covers the non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Remaining balances will be due as follows:$150 due on October 30, 2021$105 due on November 30, 2021$105 due on January 10, 2022

BY CHECKING THIS BOX I UNDERSTAND EACH FAMILY IS ASKED TO VOLUNTEER TO HELP ON THE PRODUCTION. I UNDERSTAND IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A CREDIT TOWARDS THE NEXT PRODUCTION I MUST COMPLETE ALL HOURS REQUIRED. (JR Stage- 3 hours, Main Stage 5 hours)Parents are asked to complete 3-5 hours of volunteer time during the course of this production. We will text/email you the link to Sign Up where you will able to sign up for volunteer jobs online. Jobs range from working concessions during shows, helping paint sets, costume sewing, etc. There will also be jobs that include working from home remotely or purchasing supplies needed.PARENTS MUST SIGN UP FOR VOLUNTEERING ON SIGN UP. YOU MUST BE SIGNED UP FOR THE JOB YOU SELECTED ON SIGN UP IN ORDER TO GET CREDIT. You will not receive credit for any volunteer work not signed up for online. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SIGNING IN AND OUT THE DAY YOU VOLUNTEER WITH STARBOUND STAFF. If you are not signed in, you will not receive credit.NOTE: No children are allowed during volunteer hours unless prior arrangements are made with Starbound Staff.
Participation in Fundraisers are OPTIONAL. The cost of producing theatre is expensive. We supplement the fees each production by holding a fundraiser. We’re asking each family to participate in the fundraiser and help the production become the best experience possible for our students. Families that participate fully in the fundraiser get half their volunteer hours waived and other special discounts/prizes.When Families participate in the fundraiser, the following rewards are given depending on level and some rewards are EXCLUSIVE to those who participated including Advanced access to purchase tickets, a souvenir picture on stage with your student in costume, and more.
We use TELEGRAM to communicate with parents and students. This is where we send updates. I have read the following and understand my responsibilities1. FIRST DAY OF REHEARSAL IS October 30, 2021.2. Students should bring snacks & bottled water to every rehearsal. 3. CELL PHONES- Students must check in cell phones on arrival. Students may only use cell phones during break. Students may not film any other student and post any pics/videos on social media. Students are welcome to take pictures/videos once in their parent's care. No use of cell phones is allowed backstage by students AND parents. Students will pick up cell phones at the end of the day before dismissal.4. NO GUM, SODA, FLIP FLOPS/SANDALS, SKIRTS, SHORT SHORTS.5. Students will need to bring 3 ring binder and pencil daily. Print the script that will be in emailed before the start of rehearsal and insert into binder.6. Parents are responsible for adding themselves to the Telegram app. (Instructions Above)AUDITIONS WILL BE HELD PRIOR TO FIRST REHEARSAL. INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE SENT VIA THE TELEGRAM GROUP!
